The Jack Bradley Realty Company was founded by Jack Bradley, Sr. in the early 1900s.
At that time Jack Bradley Realty Company was primarily an appraisal company with commercial rental management and sales. In 1971, Jack Bradley, Jr. bought a summer home in Catawba Cliff's and opened a small residential sales office in Port Clinton. After Jack Bradley, Jr.'s death in 1974, the company was operated by his widow, Betty Bradley until 1976. Betty sold the residential sales portion of the Jack Bradley Realty Company to Leonard Partin and John Caputo in 1976. Part of the purchase agreement was that the name, Jack Bradley Realty Company, remain the same.
In 1981, Leonard and John organized and formed a development company, LBJ Partners. The partnership then developed and built several small resort condominium complexes. This was the foundation for Jack Bradley Realty Company's resort condominium sales and rental activities.
